The Vision

More than
infrastructure.

Designing a broadcast facility is as much about the room as the equipment in it: sightlines, acoustics, where an operator sits, and how quickly a fault can be found while a programme is on air.

From intimate radio studios designed for one-on-one interviews to expansive television production floors accommodating large sets and multiple cameras; from master control rooms orchestrating 24/7 channel operations to production control rooms enabling live multi-camera broadcasts, each space is purpose-built.

The specifications are 4K cameras, digital audio mixers, broadcast automation and IP-based signal routing. What matters as much is the workflow they add up to, so operators are not working around the system to get a programme out.

The Build

How a build
runs.

Every project starts with how the team already works. Our engineers sit with producers, directors, camera operators and audio engineers, map the current workflow and find where it breaks down.

Then the build: structural changes for acoustics and sightlines, electrical work for clean and backed-up power, HVAC that holds temperature and humidity within equipment tolerances, and cable infrastructure with room to expand.

Equipment integration follows: signal flow mapped end to end, redundant paths for the critical chain, monitoring points at each stage, and control surfaces placed where operators can reach them.

Handover includes training for the operating staff, as-built documentation and drawings, and a support arrangement for the life of the system.

Technology

Broadcast equipment turns over quickly, so we design for replacement rather than for a fixed configuration.

IP-based workflows replace traditional SDI routing, enabling remote production and cloud integration. Software-defined systems allow feature upgrades without hardware replacement. Modular design means expanding capacity does not require starting over.

The result is a facility that can take new equipment as it arrives, without a rebuild.
